We are Washington hospitality.
We are in this together as one industry and are the face of the largest private employer in the state.
Hill Climb and Taste Our Best are our time to showcase what we in the industry already know.
We care about people - our employees and our guests. We strive to provide the best possible experience for all.
We are an industry of opportunity. We are there every step of the way - from first jobs, second chances in the workforce to lifelong careers. We depend on a flexible and prepared workforce to help us succeed.
As Washington hospitality we are engaged and focused on delivering solutions. We approach industry challenges together and seek to find the right answer to best solve an issue.
We strengthen our communities.
Washington hospitality businesses across the state are invested in ensuring our communities thrive. From sponsoring youth sports teams, raising money for homelessness efforts, donating food and time to local charities, Washington Hospitality gives back.
We are proud to be part of an inclusive industry that is woven into the fabric of our state.

Q: Is there a dress code for Hill Climb?
A: The attire at the Capitol is business casual. If you have clothing with your logo please feel free to wear it. Comfortable shoes help as you often spend a lot of time walking around the Capitol Campus.
Q: Where should I park for Hill Climb?
A: Options for parking at the Capitol are limited and costly. It is free and easy to park at the Olympia Farmers Market and take the Dash (free Olympia inner-city bus service) directly to the Capitol Campus. The farmers market is located at the north end of Capitol Way. You can find a map and full Dash shuttle information here. The Dash arrives every 15 minutes.
Q: Where is the Taste Our Best Reception and where do I park?
A: For the Taste Our Best reception, held at the Olympia Hands On Children's Museum, there is ample parking behind the museum. After taking the Dash back to your car you are just minutes away from the museum. You may find parking and directions to the museum here.
